Nights, and some days in the pubs, clubs and music venues around the country and abroad. My potted history of tours and one night stands. These hopefully will document the nights I have spent with great friends away from the rat race.

Great Hall
Again a number of issues .... first they had the rolling stones piano player (Ian Stewart) coming and wanted a grand piano, the authorities would not lets us use the orchestra one, and we had to hire in at £155 - this also needed tuning - £50 and also they demanded a lot of lights - we had to get from Dramsoc, but needed to pay hire and attendance (£115) added to the exorbitant rider for food adn drink. the concert made a loss, but was good fun.
They had cancelled earlier in the year and this was rebooked for the same cost, but had to be a Sunday. Seemed like a good deal to us
This concert was cancelled as the college authorities determined "No loud music on Sundays"
Great Hall
more of a cabaret show - enjoyable
Union Hall
Devil's answer were someone's favourite black sabbath copy, but a bit "Normal"
Girlschool great - including Denise breaking her cymbal stand - they had a big guest list
Union Hall
Before they were famous ... did lead to getting invited to a video shoot at a London studio (paid) - where some reprobates stole their backdrop - this ended up in the ENTS office after a while.
